Wheat Allergy



You probably see lots of news, stories, magazines and TV shows about the allergies, horrific allergy stories as a result of the eating certain foods. One such food is wheat. However, while there is indeed such a thing as wheat allergy, this is not a license for you to skip wheat all together when you find yourself showing even the remotest signs of an allergy. First it is recommended to visit your doctor and if it is possible, take a blood test.

For one thing, true wheat allergy is exceptionally rare. And other adverse reactions to wheat are also uncommon. A number of people today believe that food intolerance to wheat is rising. However, it should be noted that wheat based food often contains a mixture of ingredients, any of which could cause the adverse reactions.

Secondly, there are two terms related with wheat allergy that are clearly misused. These are "food allergy" and "food intolerance." People often think that the two are interchangeable and mean the same thing, when the truth couldn't be any farther. The differences between these two conditions are vast.
For food intolerance it could be said that is rarely life threatening. It usually shows symptoms such as migraines, skin rashes, and in some cases asthma. Also the body will not overreact quite as it will when it is about wheat allergy.

Largely immunological is food wheat allergy. It is not normal reaction on the food that is triggering from your immune system and very serious if you compare with previous. Antibodies such as immunoglobulin E, IgE are producing massive cells in the mouth or nose and influence on realizing of the histamine, ready for inflammation and symptoms related to allergy reactions.

There are various symptoms that may be recognizes fro wheat allergy. Some of them are: swelling of the tongue, lips, throat, violent reaction, red rash and in some extreme situation anaphylaxis. Also, it should to mention and asthma, urticaria or also called hives.

It is very difficult when it is about wheat allergy to use method of avoiding food related with this food. It is because, today there are lots of food that people allergic on it need to avoid. Usually, people try to remove some food on which one they are doubt that influence on allergy. But, it could happen that they enter in the body products, food that is not on their "forbidden" list, but also they have allergic attack.

It should to mention that putting out food such as wheat may bring you to the very dangerous risk. Also huge number of women who have put out food related on the wheat, which is very dangerous for their health. Also it's for worry if you have put out wheat from your meals, without consulting with professionals or specialists for food. All amount of the wheat should to be recommended with the other product. Also, if you think that you are wheat allergic, then you should not put out wheat without consulting with the doctor and properly analyzes.
